Two living rooms provide plenty of space to mix and mingle, and the outdoor patio and grass area is a favorite among the guests to enjoy the views and conversation over a glass of wine and some appetizers. For those looking to keep the kids distracted, or for those looking to tap into their inner child, the garage game room provides a fun place to compete against your friends in a game of ping pong or shuffle board. Everyone agrees, this is truly the makings of the best party ever!

We welcome you to host your next event at our private estate, and take advantage of all that it has to offer.

We can host events of up to 75 guests, and each booking includes use of the estate to set up, hold, and breakdown your event, and a minimum of 1 overnight stay for up to 10 guests. Guests are required to provide property and liability insurance for their event (similar to a wedding).
